Baylor Law’s Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management Announces New National Advisory Panel

WACO, Texas -

Baylor Law's Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management leads the field in teaching effective litigation strategy and developing innovative and systematic approaches for lowering and controlling litigation costs. To enhance this expertise, Baylor Law announces the creation of a National Advisory Panel. Comprised of nationally recognized experts, the Panel includes elite trial lawyers representing both sides of the docket, top in-house counsel, judges, and legal technology specialists. This select group will provide guidance on course content, program contributors and topics driving litigation management, ensuring that the program provides the most relevant, value-based content in the country.

"Preserving the 7th Amendment right to trial by jury will require dramatic changes in the way litigation is managed," said Co-Director of Baylor Law's LL.M., Professor Liz Fraley. "Ultimately, no one understands the threats and opportunities facing the legal profession better than this group of experts who have honed their skills and insights on the front lines of today's complex world of litigation," Fraley added.
