Law School PawPrints

To use PawPrints at Baylor Law School, students must complete a simple two-step setup process. 

First, install the PawPrints App, which includes all main campus print queues. Then, install the law school-specific print queue, PawPrints_Law, to access printers within Baylor Law School. 

Both steps are necessary to ensure you can print on main campus and at the law school. Links to download both the PawPrints App and the PawPrints_Law print queue are provided below.

USING PAWPRINTS (After Initial Setup)

The PawPrints App must be running to use PawPrints printers.

When you’re ready to print, choose the PawPrints_Law print queue (or any of Main Campus’s four PawPrints queues) and then use your mobile device (or computer browser) to “Release” your print job to the specific printer you’d like to use (destination printer). 

PawPrints Release will store your jobs for 24 hours, so you can submit your jobs now and release them later to pick them up on any printer at your convenience throughout the day.

Initial Setup Step 1:

First, install the PawPrints app (which includes main campus print queues)

Apple (MacOS) Users:

1. Download the PawPrints app (Which includes Baylor Campus Queues)
2. Install the PawPrints app and campus queues 
   (NOTE: Some users may need to visit "System Preferences > Security & Privacy" and select "Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere" temporarily.)
3. Launch the PawPrints app and log in.
   (NOTE: The PawPrints app must be running to use PawPrints printers.)

Windows / Microsoft Users:

1. Download the PawPrints app (Which includes Baylor Campus Queues)
2. Install the PawPrints app and campus queues 
   (NOTE: Some users may need to visit "Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features" and select "Anywhere" temporarily.)
3. Launch the PawPrints app and log in
   (NOTE: The PawPrints app must be running to use PawPrints printers.)

Initial Setup Step 2:

To be able to print to printers located at Baylor Law School, you must install the Law School print queue, PawPrints_Law. (REMEMBER: PawPrints only works from Baylor networks).

Apple (MacOS) Users:

1. Download and install: Mac OS PawPrints_Law print queue.
2. Print to the Pawprints_Law printer
3. Release print job

Windows / Microsoft Users:

1. Download and install: Windows OS PawPrints_Law print queue.
2. Print to the Pawprints_Law printer
3. Release print job

NOTE: Step 2 (above) is the only way for Law Students to print at the Law School
