Materials on Reserve

The Law Library houses frequently-used materials in the Reserve Room next to the circulation desk. These materials include legal encyclopedias, practice guides, court rules, form books, and Texas-specific primary resources (e.g., statutes, session laws, the Texas Litigation Guide, etc.). Materials on reserve generally must be used in the library, but some may be checked out by law students for varying periods of time ranging from 3 hours to one week. Materials may not leave the Reserve Room without being checked out.

Faculty may set aside certain course materials at the circulation desk, including photocopies of reading materials and prior exams. For assistance with locating these materials, please speak with the circulation staff.
