Criminal Law Society
The Baylor Law Criminal Law Society is a student-led organization that aims to increase exploration and dialogue in the field of criminal law and create unique extracurricular and social opportunities for students who are interested in criminal law.
The Society hosts engaging speakers, provides career development and networking opportunities, advocates for necessary reform, engages in community service; and promotes student welfare through activities such as public awareness seminars and community service projects.
The Criminal Law Society hosts multiple events throughout the year, bringing practitioners, academics, judges, and policymakers to campus.
The Society also hosts a popular Podcast focused on all things criminal law at Baylor Law. The podcast includes interviews with students, faculty, and practicing attorneys and offers a variety of perspectives and information on the practice of criminal law.
