Writing Faculty

The legal writing faculty collectively has more than a half-century of experience in the practice of law and another half-century of full-time teaching. Baylor Law is one of the few law schools in the nation that integrates legal writing instruction throughout all three years of the program.

Students will encounter professors who devote significant time outside the classroom to coaching and mentoring. Small classes allow for give and take. Feedback is one-on-one. Office doors are open. Professors are focused on helping aspiring lawyers elevate and polish their skills as written advocates.
