Print Credit Recovery Request
Please report any occasions you did not receive the printed pages requested through PawPrints.
- Go to the PawPrints website https://print.baylor.edu:9192/app,
- Log in, and select Recent Print Jobs on the left menu.
- Then locate the job for which you would like to request a refund due to damaged pages, jams, poor ink quality, etc.
- Then select "[request refund]" next to the failed job and input the reason for your request.
