Every student gains valuable experience in Transactional Practice through a heavily required three-year curriculum that provides a strong foundation for whatever area of practice he or she decides to pursue. In the third year, that experience is put to the test, when transactional cases are integrated into Baylor’s renowned Practice Court.
Beyond the required courses, students can elect to dive deeper into specialized areas through a series of transactional “Professional Tracks.” The journey offers students the opportunity to work one-on-one with a professor in a custom-designed transactional “Capstone.”
Baylor Law School’s transactional program is more than just a degree; it's an investment in your future. Are you ready to build a successful legal career?
“At Baylor Law, I was able to take some really wonderful courses that built a firm foundation in transactional practice.”
