Negotiations and Mediation

Negotiation and mediation competitions help students build practical skills they can use in legal practice. Students learn to negotiate complex deals, work cooperatively with clients and opposing counsel, and craft agreements that resolve disputes.

Baylor Law students may compete on interscholastic teams after completing their third quarter.
