Negotiations and Mediation

Negotiations and Mediation competitions allow students to develop real-world negotiation and business transaction skills. These competitions give students an opportunity to experience negotiating complex deals and working cooperatively with clients and opposing counsel to craft a negotiated settlement and reach a resolution.

Baylor Law School students become eligible to compete on interscholastic teams following the completion of their third quarter.
