Course Materials
Information on How to Obtain Course Materials
The Fall 2026 textbook and materials list is available here. Students should check back periodically for classes that haven't been listed yet.
Students can view SAMPLE syllabi for summer classes here. These samples are provided to help students estimate the cost of materials for a class. Most of the samples are provided from prior quarters and, as such, will not necessarily reflect all current aspects of the future course offering. Professors will provide enrolled students with the actual syllabus for each course near or during the start of the quarter in which the course is offered.
The Course Listings webpage provides information about books for particular courses. Courses are listed in numeric order by term. The student will need to select the correct term and prefix (LAW) to search through the law school courses.
Textbooks and class supplements are generally available the week before the start of class. Supplements are sold online and can be picked up in room 327 ( across from the Faculty Office Managers’ Offices on the third floor). Pick-up is available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, and you will need to show your emailed receipt to the Faculty Office Managers to receive your supplement(s). If you have any questions, please contact Karen Ehgotz, Terri Kroll, or Lauren Henderson.
Information about purchasing textbooks can be found at the Baylor Bookstore.
