The Leon Jaworski Scholarship for Outstanding Undergraduate Advocates is designed for incoming Baylor Law School students who have excelled in programs like debate, mock trial, or other advocacy competitions during their undergraduate studies. This exclusive, full-tuition scholarship is your chance to take your passion for advocacy into a top-tier law school.
To apply for the Jaworski Scholarship, you’ll need to submit:
- Letters of Recommendation: At least one (and no more than three) from your undergraduate advocacy coaches highlighting your skills and achievements.
- Essay: A short essay (250 words or less) explaining why you believe you’re qualified for this prestigious scholarship.
- Advocacy Presentation Video: Submit a video showcasing your advocacy skills. If you don’t have a recording from a competition, feel free to create a 'staged' presentation to highlight your talent.
- Resumé: Include a detailed list of your advocacy experiences, such as debate, mock trial, moot court, or other oral advocacy activities.
