Steven A. Lopez

Steven A. Lopez is a personal injury trial lawyer dedicated to advocating for the underdog. His approach to personal injury law is characterized by transparency, empathy, and extensive litigation experience.

As a first-generation college student, Steven’s journey to the legal profession commenced in the Rio Grande Valley. Growing up, San Antonio served as the destination for family vacations; today, it is the city where he fights on behalf of his neighbors.

His professional foundation was established at Baylor Law School, where he served as a law review editor and emerged as a national mock trial champion. Upon graduation, he honed his skills at a prominent Dallas firm representing cancer victims and their families—a role that afforded him the opportunity to litigate across Texas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and California. Since returning to San Antonio, he has dedicated his career to personal injury law, challenging some of the nation’s largest corporations and insurance companies to secure substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Steven is an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law and serves as a lecturer and Jaworski Fellowship Candidate at Baylor Law School.
