Distinguished and Accomplished Faculty
Taught each year by a team of adjunct professors who are well-established, highly regarded transactional lawyers from practices across the country, the Business Law Boot Camp offers students the benefit of learning from and interacting with some of the best lawyers in the practice of transactional law. These lawyers also see first-hand Baylor Law’s commitment to training practice-ready lawyers in the transactional area.
The Boot Camp has been a good review of the transactional courses I've taken and a good preview of the ones I have yet to take. It has also provided a great opportunity to network with practicing attorneys. It will show prospective employers that I have had broad exposure to a vast set of practice areas within the transactional field so I at least have a basic grasp on how the many moving parts of deals work in the corporate world.
