Professor Tom Featherston, the Mills Cox Chair of Law, joined the Baylor Law School faculty in 1982 and is recognized statewide for his expertise in estate planning, trusts, and marital property. His leadership in revising Texas’s guardianship statutes and probate code has had a lasting effect on Texas law. Through Baylor Law’s Estate Planning Clinic, he has guided students in drafting more than 590 wills for veterans and first responders in Central Texas.
