Wren Pauley

Wren Pauley serves as the Career Development Office Manager. Joining the CDO team in August of 2023, she enjoys being a part of a team serving and interacting with the students of Baylor Law.

Wren moved to Waco in 2021 after 8 years on staff at Mission Hills Church in Littleton, Colorado before serving as a missionary with Josiah Venture in Poland and Czechia. Josiah Venture focus is equipping the young leaders of Central and Eastern Europe to fulfill Christ’s commission through the local church, and while a piece of her heart will always remain in with that ministry, as a native Texan, Wren is happy to be home and close to her family after 10 years away. And as an aunt to 13 nieces and nephews, all in Texas, she stays busy keeping up with their sporting events, band competitions, and 7 under 4 years old! She is a member of Highland Baptist Church here in Waco, where she serves as a volunteer with their tech ministry.

In her free time, she enjoys hand lettering projects, traveling abroad, graphic design and playing volleyball.
