Nancy McEachern

Nancy Payne McEachern is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. She serves as Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at Baylor Law School, leading strategic communications in support of its mission.

She is recognized for fostering collaboration and solution-focused execution. Her experience includes marketing and communications roles with Subaru of America, Time Warner Cable, Curves International, and Insurors of Texas. She has been honored with distinctions, including Team Player of the Year and Emerging Leader from Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).

In addition to her professional role, she is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic service and is a recipient of the Junior League of Waco’s Excellence in Volunteerism Award. Her community involvement includes leadership roles with Austin Avenue Methodist Church, the Leadership Waco Alumni Network, National Charity League, Young Men’s Service League, and the Vanguard College Preparatory School Board of Trustees.
