Andrea Carpenter

From Napa Valley to Baylor Law, Andrea Carpenter brings nearly 20 years of hospitality expertise to her role as Assistant to the Dean. She supports the Dean, Associate Dean, and Senior Assistant Dean with administrative coordination, communications, and special projects, and partners with campus facilities to ensure the building runs smoothly for students, faculty, staff, and guests.

Andrea joined Baylor Law in 2023 after working for some of the most prestigious wineries and restaurants in the Napa Valley region. A native of Napa, CA, she relocated to Waco in October 2022 with her husband, Kyle, and daughter, Charlie, and they are excited to call Waco home and be part of this incredible community.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling, camping, discovering new restaurants, and cheering for her Bay Area sports teams – the Giants, Warriors, and 49ers.
