Andrea Carpenter
Assistant to the Dean
Andrea Carpenter serves as the Dean’s Suite Office Manager. In this position, Andrea is the first person you will meet when visiting the Dean’s Suite or calling Baylor Law. She provides administrative support and assists with various needs within the law school.
Andrea joined Baylor Law in January 2023. Before accepting the Office Manager position, Andrea spent 19 years working in the wine and hospitality industry. A native of Napa, CA, Andrea worked for some of the most prestigious wineries and restaurants in Napa Valley. She relocated to Waco with her husband, Kyle, and daughter, Charlie, in October 2022. They are excited to call Waco home and be a part of this incredible community.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling, camping, discovering new restaurants, and rooting for her Bay Area sports teams – Giants, Warriors, and 49ers.
