Entrepreneurship Clinic Spotlight: R&R Industry Solutions, LLC

This Spring, the Baylor Law Entrepreneurship Clinic had the opportunity to assist R&R Industry Solutions, LLC, a company dedicated to providing cost-effective solutions for common electric motor issues. Co-founded by a team of innovators, R&R Industry Solutions leverages a patented Baylor-developed grease to enhance motor performance and longevity. As they explore partnerships with key industry players, the company is poised to make a significant impact across multiple sectors.

The founders, both Baylor undergraduate students, first learned about the Entrepreneurship Clinic through their professor, Bradley Norris, who introduced them to the invaluable resource. "Prior to this, we had no idea there was a clinic for Baylor students starting businesses!" they shared. The Clinic played a crucial role in helping them navigate the legal complexities of forming their LLC, advising on strategic formation details and long-term planning.

With a strong foundation now in place, R&R Industry Solutions is focused on expanding its reach. Their goal is to become a major supplier in industries such as automotive EV, HVAC, military, and more. As they continue to grow, they are eager to increase their market share and bring on new associates and mentors to further develop their business.
