Entrepreneurship Clinic Spotlight: Alan Daniel, LLC
In early 2024, the Baylor Law Entrepreneurship Clinic began working with Alan Koroluk, the founder of Alan Daniel, LLC. Alan, an entrepreneur passionate about blending cultural heritage with modern fashion, launched Alan Daniel as a clothing and apparel brand that integrates Latin Mesoamerican heritage with contemporary luxury design.
Alan Daniel, LLC, draws inspiration from the vibrant textiles of Aztec and Mayan cultures, aiming to create unique clothing pieces that reflect the intricate artistry of these civilizations reimagined through a modern lens. Each item is crafted in Monterrey, Mexico, combining traditional craftsmanship with innovative design techniques to offer a distinctive fashion experience.
Overwhelmed by the complexities of establishing a new business, Alan reached out to the Baylor Law Entrepreneurship Clinic, describing the Clinic’s involvement as instrumental in navigating the legal landscape of forming an LLC. Clinic students immediately began drafting the necessary legal documents and continued to provide essential support and guidance throughout the process. Alan found the Clinic’s expertise invaluable, noting how their involvement facilitated the formalization of his business and opened new avenues for growth.
Looking ahead, Alan Daniel, LLC, plans to expand its offerings beyond clothing to include accessories like leather wallets and bags. Future goals also include establishing a brick-and-mortar store to create a unique, immersive shopping experience that showcases the blend of modern luxury and cultural heritage that defines the brand.
