Transactional Capstones
Though often recognized for the strength of its advocacy curriculum, Baylor Law’s distinct approach to transactional law is highly relevant to the interests of law students today.
Every student is required to take classes that cover transactional topics, including contracts, property, business organizations, and trusts and estates, all of which provide a foundation of knowledge relevant for use in both transactional and litigation contexts. In addition to the required curriculum, students can take primarily transactional-related courses through our professional tracks.
