Employment Offers

Baylor Law is a member of the National Association for Legal Career Professionals (“NALP”). NALP has adopted principles applicable to students for accepting or rejecting job offers, including summer associate and permanent positions. You should follow these guidelines in responding to job offers. You can find the principles on the NALP website at www.nalp.org/principles.

Not all employers are members of NALP and make offers per NALP standards. The CDO staff will be happy to help you determine how to respond to employment offers.
