William D. Farrar
William D. Farrar & Associates, PLLC
Will Farrar is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Energy Law by the State Bar of Texas and is Certified by the State of Texas as a Geoscientist in Geology. He primarily practices in Texas, and has over 35 years of oil and gas experience in all facets of the energy business from leasing land, drilling and completing wells, buying and selling production, buying and selling mineral and royalty interests, gas contracts, condemnation, energy lending, title opinions and the legal issues involved with each. He is active in oil and gas exploration in Texas and Wyoming, and participates in the drilling of approximately 12 wells per year. He also teaches law at Baylor Law School (since 1997). He represents mineral owners and oil and gas companies with all oil and gas related issues. He has served as general counsel for several independent exploration and production companies and other energy sector companies. He is frequently retained as a consulting and as a testifying expert witness in cases involving oil and gas matters.
