Shane Vreeland
Legal Counsel, Global Contracts at Equinix
Shane Vreeland is currently Legal Counsel, Global Contracts at Equinix, working on commercial contracts in the data center colocation and digital infrastructure space. A product of the Baylor machine, Shane graduated from Baylor Law School in 2016 and practiced at a law firm in Fort Worth for a couple years before moving in-house. During Shane’s time at Baylor, he was fortunate enough to participate in two interscholastic moot court competitions. One of his teams won a national championship, while the other team came in second place. His teams won best-brief awards in both competitions.
Shane has lived in Oregon, Illinois, California, Kenya, Washington, and proudly for the past 10 years, Texas. He is married to Nancy Vreeland, who he met on graduation day (April 30, 2016) at the Baylor Law library, when she was a Psy.D. candidate poaching the law library. Shane and Nancy have two young children who light up their world and run them ragged. Shane is a recovering runner, having run multiple marathons and one 50-mile ultramarathon.
