Nicholas McHenry

Nicholas McHenry was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. His family moved to Texas when he was 4 years old and has called Texas home since. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating with a Bachelor of Political Science and a minor in History. Nicholas also interned for Congressman “Mac” Thornberry, TX-13, in the United States House of Representatives through the University of Texas System Bill Archer Fellowship.
Nicholas received his J.D., from Baylor Law School in May 2022. While at Baylor Law, Nicholas was a part of the Veterans Clinic where he assisted professors and volunteer attorneys at the clinic to provide free legal services and advice to our community’s veterans. Nicholas believes that his most impactful and formative experiences as a student at Baylor Law were his time in the Veterans Clinic.
Nicholas and his fiancé, Laura, met during their undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. They attended law school together in the Fall of 2019 entering class and got engaged while attending Baylor Law. They enjoy cooking, watching movies and tv shows, and spending time with friends and family.
