Marcus Fifer
Adjunct Professor of Law
Marcus Fifer is a trial lawyer who enjoys spending his time and talents helping others. Whether he’s working to obtain justice for his clients after they have been seriously injured or teaching and mentoring students in the arts of advocacy, Marcus does his best to educate his audience (read: jury) in every situation. Fifer has a passion for mock trial that was born in high school, in Kerrville, Texas, and has been bred through multiple rigorous programs, in college and law school – often guided by Baylor Lawyers along the way. Prior to attending Baylor Law School, Fifer attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his B.A. in Economics and Rhetoric & Writing. While at Baylor Law, Fifer successfully participated on three national mock trial teams and won Best Team and Best Petitioner’s Brief at the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. Since graduating from Baylor Law, Fifer has coached all levels of mock trial, including high school, undergraduate, and law school, and has loved every minute of it.
