Kyle H. Dreyer

Kyle Dreyer has served as lead trial counsel in virtually every state and has successfully tried many complex cases over the course of his 32-year legal career. He is a nationally respected authority in the field of trial law, and a frequent presenter on a variety of trial-related subjects, skills, and strategies. He has served as an adjunct professor at Baylor Law and was selected for the faculty of the International Association of Defense Counsel 2012 Trial Academy.
Dreyer's litigation practice includes the nationwide representation of a major domestic automotive manufacturer. He also serves as trial counsel for members of the petroleum industry, an international agricultural equipment manufacturer, and the manufacturer and distributor of consumer beverages, as well as a variety of other domestic and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of products. More recently his practice has expanded into professional malpractice and employment defense as well as franchise disputes.
Dreyer is a member of the Texas and Oklahoma Bar, American Bar Association. He has been selected for Texas Super Lawyers since 2006 and Best Lawyers in America since 2008. He was named an original Leon Jaworski Fellow of Baylor Law’s prestigious Practice Court Program.
