Jordan M. Hannah
Director of Alumni Relations
Jordan is a seasoned professional in higher education and has served at Baylor University, his alma mater, for over ten years in various capacities within the President’s Office, Student Life, University Advancement, and now at Baylor Law. At every step in his professional journey, Jordan has worked to strengthen alumni engagement and further development outcomes. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science at Baylor in 2010 and his Master’s in Education from the University of Georgia in 2013.
As Director of Alumni Relations for Baylor Law, Jordan works to connect Baylor Lawyers back to campus by providing valuable programs, services, and resources with the goal of greater alumni engagement. As such, the Office of Alumni Relations at Baylor Law provides purposeful, innovative engagement opportunities, strategic communications, and networking opportunities to support its more than 7,600 living alumni. Jordan develops and oversees strategic communications, engages with the Baylor Law community via online and social media platforms, hosts multiple alumni events throughout the year including alumni recognition events (like the Baylor Lawyer of the Year and Young Baylor Lawyer of the Year), supports the Baylor Law Alumni Association and Baylor Lawyer Networks, and facilitates giving opportunities to support key Law School priorities and initiatives. Ultimately, it’s the goal of the Office of Alumni Relations to best address Baylor Lawyers’ needs and provides compelling opportunities to engage and give back to Baylor Law.
Jordan and his wife, Sarah Kathryn, have three children and are active members of Highland Baptist Church. Jordan is committed to building bridges between the University and the Waco community through service and in 2022, he was recognized by the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce as a Waco Under 40 nominee. He appreciates serving on the Board of Directors for CASA of McLennan County and as a Deacon at Highland Baptist Church.
