Deborah M. Perry

Deborah’s practice focuses on complex restructurings, liquidations, and complex commercial litigation. With 20 years of experience in the insolvency field, she represents a variety of parties, including debtors, trustees, committees of unsecured creditors, landlords, lenders, and insurers in various venues across the United States. She also has represented parties active in the energy, health care, retail, and restaurant industries.
In the past, Deborah held several leadership positions within the Firm, including serving as the Shareholder Liaison to the Management Committee, the Co-Chair of the Recruiting Committee, and the Chair of the Firm’s Summer Associate Program. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Group.
