Colin O'Neill has practiced law his entire career of nearly 35 years in Central Texas with Fulbright Winniford, P.C. He has tried over 135 lawsuits during that time, which have ranged from complex medical malpractice suits and personal injury claims to business disputes.
Colin earned a B.B.A. degree from Baylor University where he graduated with honors in 1984. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 1985 and was admitted to the Texas Bar that same year. He has been actively involved with Bar activities. He served as the President of the McLennan County Bar Association from 2011 to 2012 and President of the McLennan County Young Lawyers Association from 1997 to 1998. Colin is also a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and an Advocate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he served as President of the Waco Chapter in 2015. He was named the State of Texas Outstanding Young Lawyer in 1995.
Colin has also been actively involved in the community and his church at St. Jerome Catholic Church. He presently teaches the Health Care Litigation course at Baylor Law School.
He is the proud father of Megan and Kelsey. Megan received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and her law degree from the University of Chicago. Kelsey received her undergraduate degree and her MBA in Health Administration from Baylor University.
