Ben Selman

Ben Selman is focused exclusively on litigation. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience, including many complex and multiparty cases as both plaintiff and defense. He has worked on numerous cases throughout his career, including personal injury, premise liability, medical malpractice, general business litigation, family law, marriage dissolution, and child custody/parental rights.
Ben is Board Certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a frequent lecturer and writer in the area of family law. He actively participates in panels and presentations on children’s rights, adoptions, attorney-client ethical relationships, and mediation training.
Ben is currently an adjunct professor at Baylor University School of Law, where he presents Family Law Survey, Advanced Family Law, and Family Law Advocacy.
