Alexis Christensen

Alexis serves as the Director of Employer Programs. Alexis received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Social Work from Baylor University. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University. Alexis previously served as a Skadden Fellow at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia and as an Enforcement Attorney at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington, DC. 

Alexis is passionate about connecting the next generation of Baylor Law School graduates with meaningful experiential and employment opportunities. Through close partnership with law firms, corporations, government offices, and non-profit organizations, Alexis works to create meaningful connections that align with students’ interests and employers’ needs. 

Prior to moving to DC, Alexis lived in Waco for a decade, where she worked as a community developer and organizer. Alexis is married to a fellow Baylor Bear, and they have a Bernedoodle named Coco.
