Dr. Michael Conklin, the Visiting Assistant Professor of Business Law at Texas A&M University-Central Texas, and Professor Brian Serr, the Louise L. Morrison Chair of Constitutional Law at Baylor Law School, will debate the Constitutionality of Presidential Self-Pardon.
This debate qualifies for one hour of Professional Development Credit for Baylor Law School students.
