Instructions for operation of audio-visual equipment:
Audio-Visual equipment must be reserved at least 3 working days in advance, requests for non-emergency AV support should be made no less than 2 working days in advance or as quickly as possible once the need becomes apparent. Emergency requests (support for system failure, etc) will, of course, be accepted on a space available basis up to the last minute.
