Louis Muldrow
Leon Jaworski Professor of Practice and Procedure.

Professor Louis Muldrow retired as a full-time member of the Baylor Law School faculty in 2000 after teaching the Practice Court program for almost twenty years.

Professor Muldrow earned his J.D. with honors from Baylor Law School in 1958 after receiving his B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1953. While a student at Baylor Law School, Professor Muldrow served as Editor-in-Chief of the Baylor Law Review.

After graduation, he entered private practice with Naman, Howell and Smith, P.C., Waco, Texas, where he engaged exclusively in trial practice. Professor Muldrow joined the Baylor Law School faculty in 1981 and in 1983, he was appointed to the Leon Jaworski Professor of Practice and Procedure Chair.

He continues to be active in the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association, having served as president of the latter association in the early 1970's. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Just before his retirement in 2000, Muldrow was named the Baylor Lawyer of the Year.
