Student Relations Committee

The Student Relations Work Group serves on an ongoing basis as a tool for addressing student concerns at Baylor Law School.  Its goal is for faculty, staff and students to work together to improve the Baylor Law School program on a continuous basis. The committee carefully considers all suggestions received from students and others, and the group recommends for consideration and action by the faculty those ideas that it believes are in the best interest of our program.  Throughout this process, the group communicates what it has proposed in terms of change and the reasons for any decision made by the law school faculty. The work group includes representatives from the Student Bar Association, the Law Review, and the Diversity in the Law Association. The work group invites all students—whether individually or in groups—to share thoughts, ideas, and concerns with the any member of the work group.

The current members of the Student Relations Work Group are:

Assoc. Dean Leah Jackson
Prof. Matt Cordon (Chair)
Prof. Rory Ryan
Prof. Elizabeth Miller
Asst. Dean Heather A. Creed
Asst. Dean Becky L. Chollett
Ms. Julie Carlson
Favad Bajaria (student representative)
Rory J. Brewton (student representative)
